Reduce the heat to medium. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Stir in the soy sauce, honey, chili flakes, mandarin juice, and zest. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the glaze slightly thickens.Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, spooning the glaze over each piece. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Baste with glaze halfway through baking for extra richness.
Bonjour !
I'm Edouard, a proud father of three children. I'm originally from Marciella and moved to Texas in 2006. I'm 55 years old. I learned how to cook when I was just 8 years old, taught by the best teacher I could ever ask for—my mom. I believe cooking is an art, and I'm here to inspire you, along with all the fantastic moms and dads out there, to create flavors that will be remembered for a lifetime.
Let’s be friends! ❤️
